The town hall was originally a hunting lodge for the Counts of Holland, who
had many residences and lodges along the coastline. Later, it was converted into a town hall. The present building clearly
represents this long building history. There are many different styles to be discovered. As a whole, it is very charming and
beautifully situated on the Market Square.
